The Choice Hotels Owners Council (CHOC) is the unified voice of Choice Hotels property owners across the United States. We advocate on behalf of our members before Choice Hotels International, provide access to exclusive resources, and foster a strong community through 12 regional networks.

We represent property owners in discussions with Choice Hotels International, ensuring owner voices are heard on policy, fees, and brand standards.

Twelve regional chapters spanning all 50 states connect owners for peer support, best-practice sharing, and regional networking.
